12th Philippine Mathematical Olympiad
The Mathematical Society of the Philippines will hold the 12th Philippine Mathematical Olympiad this school year.
It aims to stimulate the improvement of mathematics education in the country by awakening greater interest and appreciation of mathematics among student and teachers and gaining insights into the level of mathematics learning.
Three stages of the competition
a. Qualifying State - October 24, 2009
b. Area Stage - November 24, 2009
c. National Stage - January 23. 2010
