1. The palarong pambansa 2009 will be hosted by the province of Leyte from April 26 to May 2 2009 with the Leyte Sprots and Development Center in Tacloban City as the main venue. The DepEd Regional Office VIII and DepEd Divsion offices of LEyte and tacloban CIty shall be the co-hosts.
2. The office of the undersecretary for reginal operations shall directly supervise the preparations and conduct of the event in cooperation with the host Provincial Government of Leyte and DepEd regional offices VIII.

Palarong pambansa will be held in Leyte? Cool. I was living in Baybay Leyte for almost a year and I love the serenity of the beaches there. Lived near LSU VISCA.
