Guidelines in the conduct of STEP Skills Development and Competitions in Various Levels
To provide uniform and standard implementation of skills competitions and in preparation for the STEP-NSDC The Dept of Education hereby issues the guidelines in the conduct of STEP Skills Competition.
This year theme is "A STEP Higher: Upgrading Skills, Improving Lives" which will feature new skills contest packages development during the YECS and STEP Annual Evaluation and Planning Conference.
All Elementary and Secondary Schools, division and regional offices shall conduct their respective skills competition not later than OCT 31 2008.

please post the latest... need it very badly.. we will soon be having our Division STEP yet no updated guidelines/ contest package esp the OTHER CONTESTS...

We already did our STEP-DSDC for this school year and the instruction to us was to use the old contest package (from last STEP-NSDC 2009-2010).. but then at that time the contest packages/guidelines for STEP-NSDC 2010-2011 wasn't yet posted. and later on the contest's packages was posted i think it was on the 1st week of October 2010, and in the Electronic Poster Making, we all know, it was stated there that it is for 4th/3rd year student in the old one, but the new one is just for 3rd year. So what would be the best thing we will do, If we already have a 4th year winner. Can we just change it again to 4th/3rd year ???

If there are memo or order about the guidelines it must be follow strictly for other contestant will not accept any changes not in the latest memorandum.
