First Diwang: Sagisag Kultura Competitions

Appreciating the cultural icons of the Philippines

The National Commission for Culture and the Arts NCAA in coordination with the DepED will conduct the First Diwang: Sagisag Kultura Competitions among selected pupils, students and teachers by levels on the following dates:

National Level Competition 

Leksiyong Sagisag Kultura Demo for Techers of Different Subject Areas, Sagisag Kultura Rap and High School Kwiz - 3rd Level

Date 9, 2013  National Final Competition in Bulacan

The competition aim to promote awareness and appreciation for the Philippines Local and national cultural icons.

The list of the 17 Regional Coordinators for MAPEH/SPA with their email address are cotained in the enclosure.

The NCCA will be in charge of the program, judges and prizes of pupils students and teachers for the Regional Competitions, the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Competitions and the National Competion . THe National Competition will be held in Malolos Bulacan on Dec 7, 2013.

Transportation board and lodging of participants and coaches shall be charged to local funds subject to th usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
