Fourth District Representative Anna York Bondoc-Sagum said over the weekend that educators from La Salle University have agreed to provide advanced educational training for public school teachers and faculty staff at the former Apalit Technical High School (Aptec), which was recently named Gonzales Technical High School.
Bondoc-Sagum said the technical high school already has a good teaching that can be improved further through training and seminars to be undertaken by competent educators from La Salle University.
"We want to further improve our public schools by providing much needed training that can further improve the educational system at Apalit Technical High School. We want to develop this school's potential in order to compete with private schools in terms of quality education without the high cost of tuition fees being charged by private schools", she said.
