Revised Guidelines on the Allocation and Reclassification of School Head Positions

The National Educators Academy of the Philippines shall administer the qualifying process for interested applicants to Principal 1 positions. The enclosed Revised Guidelines on the Allocation and Reclassification of School Head Positions with the corresponding flowchart of processes guidelines shall be utilized in administering the qualifying process to be conducted by the NEAP in close coordination with the Schools Division Offices through the Regional Offices.

An advisory shall be issued by the NEAP on the details pertinent to the qualifying process which includes the written examination, basic training course for head teacher 1 required accredited training program, as indicated under Item VB 7 entitled Basic Policies on Reclassification of School Head Positions. The qualifying process and issuance of Certificate of School Head Positions. The qualifying process and issuance of Certificate of Eligibility to qualified applicants shall be done by the NEAP from January to June 30, 2012 which shall be the regular schedule, hence it shall be followed every year there after.

The NEAP will coordinate with the ROs regarding the following

1. Applicant for the test
2. Passes of the Test
3. Administration of each of these activities
4. Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility

Request for allocation and reclassification of school head positions for CY 2012 onwards shall be received and processed by the ROs following the enclosed revised guidelines unless amended.

Sa amin pong mahal na regional director sa Region VI-may Equivalent Record Form na po ako 2009. It was already approved by the region that I'm qualified to T III position. pero ang sabi po ng supervisor namin di daw po pwede ako maipromote sa t3 dahil t1 pa daw po ako at that time. aakalain mong t 2 ang ibinigay sa akin at ang t3 ay binigay sa walang erf at di pa graduate ng m. a. di ko po alam gagawin ko. sino po ba masusunod ang regional director o ang supervisor?

somewhere in davao oriental. d school post for a vacant position T3 and 2 teachers applied and evaluated.one teacher did not submit her pertinent papers to the division office for evaluation because she applied for the MT I position.Again the school post an announcement for the same T3 vacant position in just 4 months from the previous posting. my query is tama ba na magpost ulit sa position ma mayroong nag apply. hindi lang ma evaluate ng division office kasi wala doon ang papers ng isang applicant.nakakadismaya....thanks!
