The Philippine - American Educational Foundation, also referred to as the Fulbright Commission in the Philippines announces the start of the competition for the 2013-2014 Philippines FulBright Student Program for the graduate degrees such as Master, Ph D., doctoral dissertation and non degree study grans in the US from Dec 12 to March 23, 2012.

I'm a concerned parent.My son a grade one pupil is in one big class with other grade II and III pupils,numbering about 50 more or less.HOw can a poor teacher,tired and fatigued after a whole nights bout writing lesson plans and necessary aids could effectively teach my poor child to read or even write his name?Respected Sirs of DepEd are you sure e-IMPACT is the answer to achieve quality education everyone is clamoring for all these years?
