DepEd SY 2013 - 2014 Grand Event

2014 National Festival of Talents

The DepEd through the Bureau of Secondary Education shall conduct the 2014 National Festival of Talents with the theme optimizing creativity and innovation for school change and development on April 7-9 at the Subic Bay metropolitan Authority, Olongapo City simultaneous with the 2014 National School Press Conference. The Festival consisting of skills exhibition in the different disciplines will be hosted by Region 3
The festival aims to

provides opportunities for students to showcase their taglines and learning in the following areas, language, arts, social studies and technology and livelihood education through an exhibition of their products and performances.

provide parallel leaning sessions for teachers and student to enhance their knowledge and skills in their respective field of interest.

A registration fee of 2,500 shall be charge to each official participants to cover accommodations, kits, t-shirt and other miscellaneous expenses. Meals of official participants, supplies and material during the festival. transportation and honorarium of the board of judges, quiz master and BSE management staff shall be charged to BSE Funds, while transportation to and from the venue and per diem during travel time of the official participants shall be charge to local funds of other sources subject tot he usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
Participants are expected to arrive on Apil 7, 2014.  Regional coordinators in the different skills exhibitions shall submit the official list of their respective delegations to DepED Region 3, copy furnished the DepED BSE - attn: Dr. Rosalie B. Masilan/Ms Cristeta m Arcos, Lead and Co-Lead Person. BSE, 2nd Floor Bonifacio Bld DepED Complete Meralco Ave. Pasig City on March 3, 2014.
