The Department of Education - DepED support the girl Scouting Movement in the Elementary and Secondary School nationwide.
Pursuant to the Constitutional mandate for free pubic basic education and other existing laws, students in public and private schools shall be enrolled without having to pay any amount as a requirement for enrollment.
In connection with the Girls Scouting Movement, the collection of Sustaining Membership Fee in the amount of 10 pesos shall not be incorporated to the P40 membership registration fee of GS. It should be collected on purely voluntary basis.
