The England's reigning Queen of the British monarch joined people in the Philippines and all over the world in mourning the death of former President Corazon Aquino.
In a message, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II said, "I am saddened to hear of the death of Corazon 'Cory' Aquino the former President of the Republic of the Philippines.She signed the message as "Elizabeth R."
