PERLAS II aims to educate and inform the public, especially the pupils in public fundamental and high colleges, on the working of a culture that is anchored on the the law system. It is a work in progress among DepEd, Supreme Court, Libertás (Lawyers’ Little league for Independence), and funding establishments such as the Us Development Program (UNDP), the United States Organization for Worldwide Development (USAID) through The Asia Basis (TAF), and the World Financial institution.These training exemplars are session guides adding concepts of the Principle of Law into subjects in the fundamental education program. Specifically, PERLAS use teaching and learning methods that are appropriate and relevant to the students’ individual learning abilities.
Dennis Russell Baldago, Chief Judicial Reform Program Officer of the Supreme Court -- Program Supervision Office, asserted the instructing exemplars are the Judiciary’s own contribution towards the country’s educational system.
“The Top court wanted any project that may further enable the Philippine youth and give rise to their socio-civic development by the knowing and observance of our regulations. The PERLAS Project is really a long-term investment for that children,” furthered Baldago.
Additionally, a “Manual with regard to High School Students” that discusses subjects ranging from the particular Philippine Lawful System to the application of legal principles was written by Atty. Racquel Ruiz-Dimalanta of Libertás for reference regarding teachers and pupils in the senior high school level.

As i read so many concerns and plight among us teachers. I feel so pity with our department mission and vission to fall all in vain. Dito sa Baguio ang napopromote para sa master teacher ay iyong mga nakasolicit ng aparador, mga gamit pang eskwela at mga peking certification kuno nakapagkandak sila ng community service pero sa katotohanan pagpapakita naman na walang pagpapahalaga para lang maka master teacher lang. sa totoo lang kulelat naman skol nila interms sa performance sa national achievement test. Bakit naman ganoon sir secretary tignan naman ninyo ginagawa mga district supervisor may palakasan at may inaalagaan sila kung usapan ay promotion ng mga teacher para sa mt I. Dapat i open naman ang pag pafile sa posisyong ito. Nakapagtataka lang na kulelat na kulelat na nga ang mga skol na ito base on the national performance sa kanila parin nakakakuha ng item para sa pagka master teacher. Gising naman kaung taga dep ed apo. Lalo na sa Baguio City di po patas ang ginagawa nila sa pagbibigay ng item sa MT I. Ang basehan sana ninyo na bigyan ng item for MT I yong mga teacher na nagtuturo ng labis labis para lang maiangat ang kalidad ng educ\kasyon sa bansa. It is the truth and nothing but the truth supervisors in the different district here ignor us who deserve to be given an item as mt I.
Sir Luistro tignan naman ninyo kulelat and mga skol na ito interms of performance sila parin ang nakakakuha ng mga item sa pagka MT I. Do try to investigate kami na high performance sa NAT AY DI NILA BINIBIGYAN NG TSANSA NA MAKA MT I. Nawawalan na kami ng gana na ipagpatuloy na NG DEDIKASYON NAMIN SA PAGTUTURO DAHIL DI PO PANTAY ANG TRATO NILA SA MGA BINIBIGYAN NG ITEM. Sa totoo lang mas magalaing kami na mga teacher 1, II & III sa mga skol na ito ngunit bakit gaoon wala kaming tsansa na maka MT I.

o my o my hindi naiiba mga sitwasyon ng ibang district. ganyan na yata sistema. wala na bang pag -asang mabago? sila yong tinatawag mga "supervisor's pet" (tuta!asong kalye)gaya dito sa district ng manaoag! ranking "wrongking" imagine mga nasa RQA top sa teacher's applicants mga newly graduates with little experience as preschoolers. palibhasa mga kamag-anakan!. talo pa nila mga cumlaudes with great experinces in teaching! tsk... tsk ...tsk

Please instruct the Bureau of Secondary Education Director to investigate the principal IV of Regional Science High school for NCR for not imposing the DepED Order 49,s. 2003- the prescribed curriculum for RSHSs. She has removed Technical Writing I and Basic Statistics for First Year to Values Ed.I.
She also did not offer science and math subjects as electives from Second Year to fourth Year.
her actions and decisions are not consistent with mission, Vision and Goals of a Science School. this is very insulting to the DepEd.
I agree with the comments of those who earlier sent their concerns. Graft and corruption is rampant in the division and in the district because of favoritism just like in the promotion of Head Teacher in our Congressional District that were promoted even the DEpEd Order came about in 2007 that a Head Teacher can not be promoted as Principal. Since NQEP is a pre requisite for promotion considering that it is a DepEd Order with the concurrence of the CSC, how come that promotion was done several years ago. DepEd officials and members of the Personnel Selection Board especially the district supervisors concerned should be accountable and liable for they violated Deped orders. I just pity my co-school heads like me who have been in the service for quite sometime but not promoted for several years becase of NQEP. What I would like to happen Secretary is to recall the appointment of these principals who did not pass the NQEP. Investigate these malpractices.It is easy to detect who were those promoted principals beloved Schools Division Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent by way of tracking Principals promoted in 2007-2008-2009 but not included in NQEP Passers. This is an insult to school principals who underwent rigid trainings and selection process. I appeal to you SDS to take necessary moves ASAP to correct the wrong systems of the past. We appreciate it if you will act this immediate concern. Let us comply with the mission of Pres. Aquino na ating tahakin ang matuwid na landas. Waiting for your immediate response. Thank you!

lahat po yata ng schools may principal n kurakot!!! nagagawa p nilang baguhin ang grades ng bata mapagtakpan lang ang kanilng pagkakamali o kasalanan!! san k nakakita n november p hindi n pumapasok e nakagraduate p!!! kasi un ang batang sinaktan ny at ngasampa ng kaso kaya inareglo ny!!! dapat ang mga principal sumasailalim sa LIFE STYLE CHECK!!!!
