DepEd welcomes Pulse Asia Study Result
The actual Department Education embraces the most recent Pulse Asia study results that shows the actual agencies perceived by public among three considered corrupt departments of the government. DepEd is thankful to this good rating to the continuous efforts management in order to stamp out in all of operation.

Perhaps the least scrutinized agency,please make a more thorough investigation before coming up with a result. tingnan ang mga purchases, ang mga test papers na binabayaran ng mga estudyante when in fact pwede i subsidize ng DEt. ang mga mooe ng mga national high schools, ang mga ticket na ibinebenta at ginagaeang project para good as sold, ang mga budget na para sa mga bangko at lamesa sa paaralan,,,,,,, hay naku be honest pag nagsusurvey ,,,

LEAST CORRUPT? I beg to disagree. Zero corruption rate?You have a good vision, goal, mission,plan....you have different memos and orders to ensure the zero corruption, but again and again, it is just on paper...
My questions are? do you really see the corruption within the deped? How I wish I can discuss one by one but to give you few...you wanted to hire the qualified teachers, but still the whom you know system and the lagayan system still prevails. You wouldn't know coz papers can be fixed, grades of applicants can be manipulated depending on the discretion of district supervisors, panel of interviewers...i am not generalizing but it is still rampant in the system; again teachers who are supposed to be teaching are not teaching...they are landed in the district office working as secretary (still inefficient)getting the salary of salary of P17k and yet doing the job of college level task (what a waste of money, PROMOTION, teachers who are performing well, doing their job well,loving their job and the children will not be given that incentives, why? because others who are "malapit sa kusina" will get the promotion for they are giving something, showing something
TEACHERS? how many are still doing their work,,ANG DAMI NG TAMAD NA TEACHERS NGAYON SOBRA, AY MALI SUKDULAN SA KATAMARAN. Madali namang magprepare ng lesson plan, it is just a piece of paper, writing the supposedly topics to be discussed but in reality...papel lang siya.
For some teachers are stagnant, contented why, everything is well announced, the visitation, the checking of rooms, the inspection, the evaluation of teachers to be graded for a certain promotion or competition...NUNGKA...before the supervisors or inspectors will arrived everything was put into places...(SEE HOW PREPARED THEY ARE)
if something to evaluate your teachers, the students, the school DO NOT ANNOUNCE ...any announcement will jepardize the real score in the school...you can only see the fake picture, the mask...the district supervisors, principals will keep on hiding the true problem.. they just wanted you to see what you wanted to see because it is expected of you to see and you must see it, right. What you do not like to see are hiding in the smiles, foods, the decorations and the well planned demo of teachers...
i wanted to support your k12 but how can I if the system itself will not be changed, you are just putting goods words, letters or plans but in the end..the parents the one sacrificing because the incompetent teachers are still there enjoying the benefits of being a teachers...I pity those teachers who are working so hard to be the best for their best will not be enough to be recognized or be given merit for still MONEY AND CONNECTION TALK!!!!
Ang MOOE dinadaya lang ng principal nagpaparesibo o nangungulekta ng resibo n walang date saka lalagyan kung kailan gagamitin. Ang mga guro hinihingan ng resibo na pinagkagastusan para marefund di naman binibigay sa guro kundi para lang magkalaman ang kanilang bulsa.
Dapat aware ang kinauukulan sa mga principal n nagtayo n ng negosyo s school.
Ngayon nakakahinayang isipin dati kapakanan ng mga bata iniisip ngayon kapakanan lang nila.Kahit naman magreklamo sa deped wala namang aksyon.

Dapat ang termino ng mga principal ay 1 year man lang para maiwasan ang pangungurakot.

Ang masasabi ko lang sana umaksyon naman ang mga nasa itaas. Mga administrative officer ng deped bigyan nyo naman sila ng diciplinary action para sa ikabubuti ng marami. May pananagutan din kayo kapag ipinagwalang bahala ninyo ang mga reklamo ng mga dukha.

nakakatawa naman yan na resulta. parang tayong ginagawang tanga. right in front of our eyes nakikita natin ang corruption sa skwelahan. dapat. bakit di na lang tingnan ang bawat skwelahan kung nagagamit ba ng tama ang mooe, kung dumdaan ba sa tama na proseso ang pag purchase ng mga supplies .. maging tunay sana amg sinasabing trasparency.

Ang corruption sa DepEd ay kasing grabe ng sa Customs. From teachers, to head teachers, principals, superintendents, directors. Baka si Bro. Armin lang ang hindi magnanakaw sa DepEd. Pag construct ng buildings, privately produced teaching materials, chairs, graduation fees, lahat pinagkikitaan. Pati NAT dinadaya. Canteen negosyo ng mga principal.
