DepEd strengthens Preschool teachers’ Competencies

Designed to equip preschool instructors along with much better understanding of the developing qualities associated with young learners, the actual Department of Education through the Bureau of Elementary Training (BEE) will conduct Summer time Institute Program with regard to Preschool Instructors from May 2-27 2011.

DepEd Secretary Armin Luistro believes the conduct from the program will give preschool teachers quality formulations within the actual standards required by the department. “This summer instruction shows that absolutely nothing can stop us in pursuing r an institutionalized preschool in our public education system.

He furthered that enhancing the competencies associated with pre-school teachers may have an excellent impact towards the youthful learners. “We should ensure that mentors are prepared for that problem of making our young kids' very first learning encounter be enjoyable as well as providing them with an optimistic encounter which will motivate these pupils, remain in school and complete their education.”

The program is anticipated to make deped preschool teachers qualified in the utilization of developmentally suitable methods and techniques to build up the child's physical, socialiazation, emotion and cognitive areas.
