The National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) 2007 - 2008 will be held on Feb, 18-22, 2008 at Koronadal City, Division of South Cotabato, Region XII. This year theme is: Promoting consumer's rights through campus journalism.
Participants for this competition and conference are representative from various Region in the Philippines. They may come from public and private schools. The category are divided into Elementary and High School.
The aim of this competition are to:
1. Improve consumer awareness through campus journalism
2. Enrich student journalistic experience.
3. Enhance journalism competencies.
Schools press conference is one of the celebrated event in the DepED. It is annually held in pre-selected Region rotating from each members.
Congrats sa mga winners and have a nice experience to the participants.
This national event is one of the lifetime experience both for teachers and students

Gieade Leomar T. Rosario of Namuac-San Andres Elementary School of Region II, Cagayan Valley adjudged as the national champion in Editorial Cartooning: Elementary level. This kid outstandingly kept his track record as champion in regional competitions.
