50th Year Foundation Celebration of the Department of Speech Communication and Theater Arts, UP announces its 50th year foundation celebration on OCt 21-23 2009 at the Pulungang Claro M Recto at Bulwagang Rizal, UP, Diliman Quezon City with the theme" DSCTA: Consolidating Gains in the Present Millennium".
A series of events will be conducted including lectures, symposium, workshops, performances, an alumni ball and a national conference that will feature the latest research output and other inter-scholastic activities highlighting the accomplishments as well as areas of exploration in the fields of communicology and theater arts.
The participants are teachers of Speech or Oral Communication or its English subject counterpart (Public Speaking, Voice and Diction, Argumentation and Debate, Parliamentary Procedures, etc)
