DepEd Teachers Receiving Language Training from Spanish Profs

The Department of Education (DepEd) with the support of Spanish Government , through the assistant of the Ministry of Education of Spain, Instituto Cervantes and the Agencia spanola de Cooperacion Internacional Para el Desarollo (AECID), are coaching some public elementary mentors from various goverment schools nationwide in teaching the Spanish language.

“This is an the proof of the continuing partnership between the Philippine Government and the Government of Spain,” said Education Secretary Armin Luistro. “This
time, they're going to discover the advance methodological content and techniques in teaching the language.”
