2010 Education Week Celebration

The Department of Education will celebrate the Education Week nationwide the the theme Educakasyon: Tungo sa Tapat na Pagbabago at PagUnlad on Dec 6-10,2010

The aims to

a. reaffirm and emphasize the role of education in empowering and developing he young to become productive citizens of the country and responsive to the needs of the times;

b. strengthen cooperation among the stakeholders in education to support the necessary and significant changes to achieve quality and relevant education and

c. inspire every educator to do more for the children to ensure their future.

All schools are encourage to conduct simple and austere programs and activities consistent with the theme and objectives of this year's celebration during he week.

Expenses for this activities shall be charge to saving, local fund and cultural funds of the concerned office.
