Blog, ano ito at paano magamit sa classroom?

Well the content of this essay is targeted to those teachers (education teachers, skills teacher, academic teacher, teachers trainer) who are not using ICT in their personal and professional life. That's is integrating teaching and learning with your personal life.

Technically, Blog is short for weblog. A weblog is a journal (or newsletter/diary/logbook) that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. Blogs generally represent the personality of the author or the Web site. It is a personal or group or company journal which is presented for public online. Well english teacher this is place for "feature writing" para sa ating presscon diba. (opinion lang po wag sanang masuko)

The activity of updating a blog is "blogging" and someone who keeps a blog is a "blogger." You may or may not update it daily but if there are inquiry in your ideas make sure to answer promptly.

Hey you dont need to be programmer or web designer. You do not need to have technical background. Just a short comprehension on english language and capability to follow ABC instructions... tapos ang trabaho. Masmahirap pa ngang gumawa ng lesson plan, test paper o kaya battery of questions para sa student eh.

Before... pupil used to give comment or ideas verbally in the front of the classmate. Some people do it in the office, inside the classroom, the teacher may said explain it orally yet now you may said post your answers to my blog so my audience are everyone in the corner of this world.
No more usapang barbero, here the blogger may remove unpleasant comments.

How the teacher can use the blog.

1. I use it as posting of my online test questions. The student will reply individually since they have to use individual computer. The bad thing is they can be coach by friend yet the real objective is the learning of technology which is integrated with the topic of subject matter.

2. Assignment, student inquiry, teacher announcement for both student and parents. They are asking for the grades.. answer it like this... See the class section in my blog he he he bahala na ang maliit na score.

3. Any theory and principle to discuss, used blog its free and unlimited. Once guest and blogger enter their comments. It is on the record and only the blog owner can remove or repost.

4. The best thing to integrate blog in classroom is this.. A chance to display the student work or output in the internet so that the whole world can see it. Yes this is the best thing i like.. My work will become international and its my intellectual property automatically ha.

5. Let us convert the school publication by posting all the news, announcement and pictures in the school blog. This link "Free WebSite for school" offer free blog site for school only...It is accepting both public and private school.

6. The Business education teacher under can use blog to earn profit. How? this is the place where you can post or display the for sale product in your school di ba. I will teach you the process once you made inquiry in well design blog.

7. Health education teacher or secondary education teachers in general can post their cases, health issues, announcement, test questions etc..

8. Art education teacher has a good matched with blog. Imagine the work of your student placed in the internet (using blog) and let those foreign student comments on the drawing of your pupils. Let us see how they will be impressed by our Filipino creativity.

9. Physical education teachers, this is one of the secondary teacher i consider lacking of program. The future of countries development lies in your hand sir and mam. Use blog to post technique in playing any games, suggestions in student or players training. Search and post in your blog those steps and procedure in sports training..

So College and university that focus in teacher's education. Please include blogging in your curriculum so that the new teacher will become ICT functional.
