I was appointed on August 16, 2011. Am i entitled to the full amount of the PEI or just the prorated amount? I am in the service as of November 30, 2011 and I have rendered 4 months of service for the year as of December 16. The other conditions does not apply. Your advice will be highly appreciated, Merry Christmas.
