32ND PRINCIPALS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND Nationwide BOARD CONFERENCE
With the Philippine Elementary School Principals Association (PESPA)

The Philippine Elementary School Principals Association (PESPA) will perform the 32nd
Principals DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM as well as National Board Seminar (PDP-NBC) with the theme
Transferring Towards Attainment regarding Meaningful Educational Reforms Through the Implementation regarding
the K to 12 Curriculum about November 25-27, 2012 on the Sison Auditorium, Lingayen,
Pangasinan.

The Seminar aims to:

1. Provide the participants using updates of the Okay to 12 Program and help involved stakeholders to implement the changes inside the curriculum effectively;
2. Help school managers, subject area coordinators, teachers and other stakeholders to respond absolutely to the challenges met from the implementation of the Nited kingdom to 12 educational reforms; and
3. Enhance the instructional control and management abilities of the school brain (SHs) for the effective implementaton of the K to A dozen Curriculum.

The target participants to this Conference are the PESPA national officers as well as board
members, SHs, principals, head teachers (HTs) along with teachers-in-charge (TICs) from both
private and public schools nationwide.

Engagement of both private and non-private schools shall be be subject to the no-disruptionof-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Buy No. 9, azines. 2005 entitled Instituting Procedures to
Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
