DepED Memo No. 38 S 2013
Pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memo Circular No 4 S 2013 the observance of March as the National women's Month and as mandated under RA No. 6949 and Presidential Proclamation Nos. 224 and 227, the DepED in coordination with the Philippines Commission on Women, other national agencies and local government units LGU, shall observe the 2013 National Women's Month Celebration with the theme Kababaihan: Gabay sa Pagtahak sa Tuwid na Daan.
The regional and division offices including schools are enjoined to hold similar information dissemination activities on women related concerns and issues.
