as far as i know being the participant in the RSPC Region I held in binalonan pangasinan is quite disgusting!Imagine the foods served in the breakfast were not that so edible. the hard boiled eggs were not washed well. I could even see the dirt on its shell.Plus the education supervisor of Pangasinan division II is not so accommodating especially she is the supervisor in filipino for high school.why the hell they have to keep the release of group winners for RSPC?
