The Metrobank Foundation Inc announces the winners of the 2011 Metrobank Foundation, Inc. Search for Outstanding Teachers to be awarded during the Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company anniversary celebration on Sept 5, 2011. The 8 public schools teachers from the elementary and secondary levels and 2 higher education professors are follows:

Elementary:

Secondary

Higher Education

Allan De Guzman - University of Santo Toman Espana Manila

The winners were selected from the 175 Nominees from various public and private educational institutions in the Philippines, of which forty 40 qualified as regional finalists. Then, 20 of the regional finalists were selected to become the national finalists.
